- 1 can peas and carrots
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 6 or 7 medium potatoes
Directions

1Brown hamburger meat; put in bottom of casserole dish.

2Slice potatoes (like a potato chip) on top of meat.

3Add a layer of peas and carrots, canned or frozen.

4Top with cream of mushroom soup. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
