  • 1 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 can peas and carrots
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 6 or 7 medium potatoes

Directions

    Brown hamburger meat; put in bottom of casserole dish.

    Slice potatoes (like a potato chip) on top of meat.

    Add a layer of peas and carrots, canned or frozen.

    Top with cream of mushroom soup. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
