- 1 (5 to 6 lb.) Boston butt
- salt
- 1 tsp. chili sauce
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Cook pork in lightly salted water over low heat 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

2Drain, reserving 1 cup broth.

3Cut pork into thin slices and place in a large shallow baking pan.

4Combine salt, reserved broth and remaining ingredients.

5Mix well and pour over pork slices.

6Bake at 325° for 30 to 45 minutes.
