- 3 to 4 lb. spareribs
- 4 small onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 3/4 c. water
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Wash and pat dry the ribs. Season with salt and pepper.

2Place in a roasting pan and bake in a 375° oven for 50 minutes, covered. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.

3Reduce heat to 350°.

4Continue cooking for another 45 to 55 minutes, uncovered. Baste occasionally.
