  • 4 lb. pork ribs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except ribs, in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.

    Brown ribs and drain grease.

    Pour sauce over ribs and bake in 300° oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, uncovered!
