  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Melt margarine in heavy skillet.

    Add celery and onion and cook until tender.

    Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour into a casserole dish and bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
