- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 medium pepper, chopped
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3 tsp. salad oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Place roast in Dutch oven.
