- 4 lb. spareribs or pork chops
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 onions, sliced
Directions

1Bake at 325°.

2Place meat in shallow pan.

3In a bowl, combine salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, chili powder, catsup, water and vinegar.

4Pour over meat.

5Top with onion slices.

6Bake for 1 hour, turn meat then continue baking 1 hour longer.

7Baste meat occasionally with sauce while baking.
