- 4 lb. pork spareribs
- 1 (10 oz.) jar currant jelly
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Directions

1On day before, cut spareribs into 2-rib portions.

2In large pot over high heat, heat to boiling ribs and enough water to cover.

3Reduce heat; cover and simmer 1 hour.

4Drain and refrigerate.

5Grill for 50 minutes until desired doneness.
