Barbecued Venison

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 5 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 lb. cooked venison, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Saute onion and celery in butter in heavy skillet until tender.

    Stir in catsup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, venison, salt and pepper.

    Simmer until thickened, stirring frequently.
