- 1 onion, chopped
- 5 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. catsup
- 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 lb. cooked venison, finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in butter in heavy skillet until tender.

2Stir in catsup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, venison, salt and pepper.

3Simmer until thickened, stirring frequently.
