- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar
- 1 can refrigerated flaky biscuits
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Brown meat; drain.

3Add sauce, onion and sugar and set aside.

4Separate dough and place each in ungreased muffin cup, pressing dough up sides to edge of cup. Spoon meat mixture into cups.

5Bake 10 to 15 minutes until golden. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven until melted.
