- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits
- 3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Mix ground beef, barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar; mix well.

2Take the biscuits, press each into ungreased muffin cups, making sure dough goes up to edge of cup.

3Spoon meat mixture into cups and sprinkle with the cheese on top of cups.

4Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.

5Makes about 12 cups.
