- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup catsup
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Boil the Boston butt for 3 to 5 hours

2in salted water. Cool and remove from juice. Skim off most of the fat, leaving enough for flavor. Break meat into medium pieces and set aside.
