- 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- 7 leaves Curry Leaves
- 1/4 cups Fresh Cilantro, Chopped, Plus More For Garnish
- 1/4 cups Raw Peanuts
- 1/4 cups Raw Cashew Nuts
- 1 cup Chopped Yellow Onion
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 3 cups Cooked Barley (follow Package Instructions To Yield This Amount)
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Juice

2Heat oil in a wok/skillet over a medium flame.

5As soon as it starts to splutter add curry leaves, cilantro, peanuts and cashew nuts and saute.

7When the cashew nuts and peanuts start browning add onions and saute until translucent.

9Add turmeric powder, chili powder and salt and again mix well so that the spices are well blended.
