Basic Angel Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 2 1/2-3 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in hot water in a bowl; let stand 5 min.

2Combine flour, sugar, baking pwdr, soda and salt in a large bowl; make a well in center of mix.

3Combine oil, buttermilk and yeast mix; add in to dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened.

4(Dough will be sticky.)

5Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness on a lightly floured surface; cut with biscuit cutter.

6Place rolls on an ungreased baking sheet.

7Bake at 350 degrees for 16 min or possibly till golden.

8Yield 2 dozen rolls.
