  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 teaspoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream
  • 4 teaspoons chopped fresh chives

Directions

    Pierce each potato several times with a fork. Microwave at HIGH 13 minutes or until tender, turning after 7 minutes.

    Cut a slit into each potato; fluff potato flesh. Sprinkle potato flesh evenly with salt. Top each potato with 1 teaspoon butter, about 2 teaspoons sour cream, and 1 teaspoon chives.
