  • 1 cup barley
  • 3 cups water or 3 cups broth
  • 12 teaspoon salt (if using water, omit if using broth)

Directions

    Rinse and clean barley.

    Put all ingredients in rice cooker and let it work.

    Leave in rice cooker for another 5 minutes to let finish steaming.

    Fluff and serve or cool to include in salads.
