- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Gelatin, any flavor
- 1 cup cold water
- 1-1/2 cups (1/2 of an 8-oz. tub) thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
Directions

1Stir boiling water into gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.

2Stir in cold water.

3Refrigerate 1 hour 15 minutes or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).

4Gently stir in whipped topping.

5Pour into 4-cup mold or individual molds sprayed with cooking spray.

6Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

7Unmold dessert onto serving plate.

8Garnish with 1/4 cup each additional whipped topping and fresh raspberries, if desired.

9Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
