- 2 c. Wholewheat pastry flour, (I use regular WW flour)
- 1 tsp (rounded) baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Sucanat, (or possibly any granulated sweetener)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/4 c. Low fat soy lowfat milk, (or possibly use skim dairy lowfat milk)

1Someone asked for fatfree biscuits, here are some recipes from a favorite cookbook of mine, _Fatfree and Delicious_ by Robert Siegel.

2Please note which fatfree biscuits are not the same texture as the fatty ones, the fat gives the flakiness and tenderness.

3Place dry ingredients in bowl.

4Add in lowfat milk to center of ingredients.

5Carefully fold from center to the outside till all ingredients are combined.

6Don't over stir!

7Drop by Tbsp.

8onto a nonstick, lightly oiled cookie sheet.

9Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min, till golden brown.
