  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. shortening

Directions

    Cut shortening into pastry with blender or fork.

    Stir in milk with fork or spoon.

    Squeeze off 1 1/2 to 2-inch ball, roll and shape.

    Place onto baking pan and bake in a 425° oven until golden brown.
