- 250 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 13 grams Sugar
- 5 grams Salt
- 5 grams Dry yeast
- 160 grams Water
- 17 grams Shortening
Directions

1Make the dough in a bread maker or kneading by hand, and let it proof for the first time.

2Divide the dough into 12 portions, cover with a tightly wrung out kitchen towel, and let them sit for 20 minutes.

3Form into balls and wait until the 2nd proofing is done.

4Spray on water and bake for about 15 minutes at 200C.
