  • 3 Tbsp. pan drippings
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk soup (beef or chicken stock)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. sweet pickle, cut up (optional)
  • 1 tsp. sweet pickle juice (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. tomato catsup

Directions

    Saute chopped onion in pan. Add flour and brown lightly. Slowly add the liquid, stirring to keep gravy smooth. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
