- 14 cup vegetable shortening
- 34 cup butter or 34 cup margarine, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 2 tablespoons milk
Directions

1Cream shortening and butter until lightened in color.

2Add vanilla and mix until well combined.

3Stir in sugar cup at a time, mixing thoroughly before adding more.

4After all sugar is added, add milk.

5Beat at medium speed until light and fluffy.

6Keep covered in airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.

7Rewhip before using.
