Basic Cheese Puff Breakfast Recipe

  • 5 slc Bread, cubed
  • 1/2 lb Sharp cheese, grated
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1 lb Sausage, fried, liquid removed, crumbled
  • 2 c. Ham, cubed
  • 2 c. Shrimp, coarsely minced Mushrooms Chilies Worchestershire sauce

Directions

    Mix bread cubed and cheese and place in a buttered, 9x9-inch baking dish.

    Mix the remaining ingredients, including meat or possibly shrimp and any extras, and pour over the bread and cheese.

    Cover and let sit in the refrigerator overnight.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour, or possibly till set and golden on top.

    Serves 6-8.
