- 10 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups margarine
- 8 lb. cream cheese
- 7 cups sugar
- 16 lg. eggs
- 3 cups whipping cream
- 4 cups sour cream
- 4 tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Line edges of 3 springform cake pans with wax (or parchment) paper.

2Press Gaham cracker crust into bottom.

3Set aside.

4Cream cheese until fluffy.

5Add sugar and beat until dissolved.

6Add eggs slowly then add remaining ingredients in order and mix until combined.

7Pour into pans and bake at 250F.

8for 30 minutes; reduce to 200 for 2 to 2-1/2 hours.

9Make sure to rotate cakes in oven for even baking at the halfway point.

10Cakes are ready when you tap the sides and they wiggle like jello.
