- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup yogurt or 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons honey or 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons oil
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

3Combine the dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl.

4Combine the wet ingredients[including the sugar or honey] separately.

5Stir the wet mixture into the dry just enough to thoroughly combine.
