- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a blender.

2Whirl one minute; scrape down and blend 15 seconds more.

3Refrigerate at least one hour before making crepes.

4Heat a lightly greased 6 inch skillet; remove from heat.

5Spoon in 2 Tbsp batter; lift and tilt skillet to spread evenly.

6Return to heat; brown on one side only.

7To remove, invert pan over paper toweling.

8Repeat with remaining batter.
