- 2 eggs
- 12 cup milk
- 12 cup water
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions

1Whisk together flour and eggs.

2Gradually add in milk and water, stirring to combine.

3Add salt and butter; beat until smooth.

4Heat lightly oiled pan over medium high heat.

5Pour or scoup batter onto pan, approx 1/4 cup each.

6Tilt pan with circular motion to coat surface evenly.

7Cook about 2 minutes, until bottom is lightly brown.

8Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side.
