  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 cup milk
  • 12 cup water
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions

    Whisk together flour and eggs.

    Gradually add in milk and water, stirring to combine.

    Add salt and butter; beat until smooth.

    Heat lightly oiled pan over medium high heat.

    Pour or scoup batter onto pan, approx 1/4 cup each.

    Tilt pan with circular motion to coat surface evenly.

    Cook about 2 minutes, until bottom is lightly brown.

    Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side.
