- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Measure all ingredients into mixing bowl.

2Beat till smooth.

3Pour scant 1/2 c. batter into lightly greased 8-inch crepe pan or possibly skillet.

4Tilt pan to coat bottom proportionately with batter.

5Cook over medium heat till brown.

6Turn crepe to brown second side.

7Spoon desired filling into crepe and roll.
-
8Pie fillings or possibly chocolate sauce topped with whipping cream are magnifique.

9Makes 8 or possibly 9 crepes.
