Ingredients
- 4 1/2 lb boneless pork loin off the back flap of ribs
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp meat tenderizer I used Adolphs with no msg
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tbsp kosher salt
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp lite soy sauce, I used Kikkomans
Directions

1Slice the pork on a bias then into bite sized pieces.

2Mix the spices.

3Then put the pork in a bowl.

4Add the spices to the pork .

5Measure the oil and soy sauce and pour on top.

6Mix well in a bowl to coat all the meat.

7Put the coated meat into ziplock bag.

8Let marinate at least 1 1/2 hours

9Get oil hot and deep fry the pork.

10Fry in batches making sure pieces don't stick together.

11When each batch is done move to paper towels to absorb excess oil.
