  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper freshly ground
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 x pastry quiche

    Line the quiche pan with the pastry, pinch up a rim, and prick the bottom all over with a fork.
