- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1In bowl, combine flour, milk, eggs, sugar, oil and salt.

2Beat with rotary beater until blended.

3Heat a lightly greased 6-inch skillet.

4Remove from heat.

5Spoon in 2 tablespoons batter. Lif and tilt skillet to spread batter.

6Return to heat. Brown on one side.

7Invert pan over paper toweling.

8Remove crepe.

9Repeat to make 16 to 18 crepes, greasing skillet as needed.
