- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar

1Mix together milk, eggs, oil and sugar.

2Add flour until combined.

3Heat a nonstick skillet on high. Remove from heat, pour 1/4 cup batter onto skillet, turn pan to spread batter.

4When crepe is dry on top, overturn onto paper towels.

5Serve with fruit, whipped cream, syrup, anything! If you want savory crepes, just omit the sugar in the recipe.
