- 6 hard-cooked Large eggs
- 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Cut Large eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks to a small bowl.

2Mash yolks, then fold in remaining ingredients till smooth.

3Spoon or possibly pipe into egg whites and garnish, if you like, with strips of pimento or possibly a sprinkle of paprika.

5Variation 1: Add in 2 Tbsp.
