  • 5 lb. flour
  • 2 yeast cakes
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. salt
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. sugar
  • warm water

Directions

    Dissolve yeast, salt and sugar in 2 cups warm water.

    Pour oil over flour and add water solution, mixing well.

    Knead until dough is blended.

    Let dough stand until it rises.

    Form dough into little balls and let them set about 20 minutes.

    Dough is now ready to be patted or rolled.

    Dough may be made in smaller amounts.

    Dough may be frozen until needed.
