- 2 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
Directions

1In a large bowl, stir together the flour and salt.

2Add the beaten egg, milk, and butter.

3Knead dough until smooth, about 5 minutes.

4Let rest in a covered bowl for 10 minutes.

5On a floured surface, roll out to 18 or 1/4 inch thickness.

6Cut into desired lengths and shapes.

7Allow to air dry before cooking.

8To cook fresh pasta, in a large pot with boiling salted water cook until al dente.

9This recipe is great for running through the pasta machine then in to the dehydrator and store in air-tight containers.
