Ingredients

  • 12 cup brown sugar
  • 12 cup honey
  • 12 cup canola oil
  • 12 cup hot water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 5 cups quick-cooking oats or 5 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 12 cup flax seed
  • 1 cup sliced almonds

Directions

    Mix together first 7 ingredients (sugar through cinnamon).

    Pour over oats; mix.

    Allow to soak while adding seeds, nuts, dried fruit, etc.

    Mix together and bake in jelly roll pan at 200 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

    Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
