- 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 2 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 3 tsp. dried Italian herb blend
- salt and pepper, freshly ground to taste
Directions

1Combine in a blender and let stand at room temperature for several hours to allow the flavors to mellow.

2Store covered in the refrigerator, but return to room temperature before using. Makes 4 cups.
