- 1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted and cooled (you can buy the seeds toasted or toast them in a dry skillet for a few seconds)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch sea salt
Directions

1Place the sesame seeds in the bowl of a spice grinder. Pulse 6 to 8 times, until finely ground.

2Add the olive oil and salt and process 30 to 40 seconds, or until a paste forms.

3Store the tahini in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 months!
