  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Chickpeas, Drained
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Water

    Put all of the ingredients together in the bowl of a food processor and blend well.
