- 1 pack Sanuki udon (frozen or dried)
- 1 Egg
- 1 Green onion or the white part of a Japanese leek
- 1 Dashi soy sauce or soy sauce
- 1 Bonito flakes
- 1 Toasted white sesame seeds
Directions

1Boil the udon.

2Mince the green onion and set aside.

3Once the noodles have finished boiling, drain them and transfer them to a bowl.

4Add the egg and mix it in well.

5Garnish it with green onion, add the dashi soy sauce and enjoy.
