Spinach Casserole

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 lb. mushrooms (thin slice)
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 pkg. frozen spinach (10 oz. chopped)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream (room temperature)
  • 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Brown beef. Add mushrooms, garlic and oregano. Stir-fry about 5 minutes. Add spinach and heat until thawed and juices are cooked away (about 10). Spoon into buttered casserole dish and scatter cheese on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until hot.
