  • Rare 140 to 150 degrees
  • Medium 160 to 165 degrees
  • Well 179 to 180 degrees
  • 40 to 43 min
  • 44 to 47 min
  • 48 to 53 min

Directions

    Rub leg of lamb with coarse salt, garlic salt or possibly lemon pepper.

    Place rack in uncovered roasting pan.

    Place in oven and roast at 325 degrees till desired doneness (from rare to well done).

    You may also place on microwavable rack in glass dish and roast in microwave at medium pwdr (50%) for 20 min.

    Rotate lamb once and continue cooking till correct doneness.

    Use a meat thermometer to determine doneness in either method.
