- 3 heaping tablespoons Grated daikon radish
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 1 tbsp Pure soy sauce
- 400 ml Sannen-bancha

1Simmer the sannen-bancha tea.

2I simmer it for 15 minutes, then let it sit for 15 minutes.

3Grate the daikon and the ginger.

4Put the grated daikon, ginger, and soy sauce in a cup that holds 400 ml, then pour in the hot tea.
