- 2 Eggs
- 100 grams Flour
- 90 grams Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 100 grams Unsalted butter
- 1 dash Vanilla extract
Directions

1Sift together the flour, sugar and baking powder into a bowl.

2Add the eggs and combine (do not whip).

3Melt the butter in a pot, taking care not to burn it.

4Add the melted butter to the batter and combine with a wooden spatula.

5Add vanilla extract.

6Coat the madeleine pan with vegetable oil or butter and pour in the batter.

7Bake at 180C for 10~12 minutes.

8Remove the madeleines from the pan when they are still warm and place in a plastic bag.

9This will make them nice and moist.
