- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. nonfat milk
- 1/2 c. liquid Butter Buds
- 2 egg whites
- 6 to 7 c. flour
Directions

1In large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast; blend well.

2In saucepan, heat water, milk and Butter Buds until warm (120° to 130°).

3Add with egg to flour mixture.

4Blend at low speed until moistened; beat 3 minutes at medium.

5By hand, stir in 3 cups flour.

6Knead in 1 to 2 cups flour until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 45 to 60 minutes.
