- 3 eggs
- 12 cup milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Directions

1Break open the eggs into a bowl.

2Add the milk, salt and pepper.

3Whisk until smooth.

4Add a little oil to a pan, and allow to heat up on a medium heat.

5Add the mix to the pan.

6When the edges of the omelet start to peel away, add your fillings to one half.

7After a further minute or so, fold the omelet in half, and alow to seal for a further minute.

8Serve and enjoy.
