- 1 tablespoon oil or 1 tablespoon ghee
- salt
- water (to knead)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except water.

2Add water a little at a time and form a soft pliable dough.

3Keep for 30 minutes before using.

4Always keep covered with a moist cloth and see that the cloth is kept moist.

5For rolling, use dry flour as in chappati to roll easier.

6Dust the roti with dry flour now and then.
