  • 200 grams Penne
  • 1 clove Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 dash Olive oil
  • 1 Red chili pepper (tear into pieces)
  • 1 dash Parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Canned whole tomatoes (diced are easier to use)

Directions

    Boil penne with plenty of water.

    Heat olive oil in a pan, and add garlic, parsley and red chili pepper.

    When garlic becomes golden brown, add canned whole tomatoes (diced are easier to use) and simmer.

    Taste and add salt, if needed.

    Simmer for 5-6 minutes.

    Add pasta water to the sauce, if it thickens too much.

    Add cooked penne.

    Drizzle olive oil, and mix penne and sauce well.
