- 200 grams Penne
- 1 clove Garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 dash Olive oil
- 1 Red chili pepper (tear into pieces)
- 1 dash Parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 Salt
- 1 Canned whole tomatoes (diced are easier to use)
Directions

1Boil penne with plenty of water.

3Heat olive oil in a pan, and add garlic, parsley and red chili pepper.

4When garlic becomes golden brown, add canned whole tomatoes (diced are easier to use) and simmer.

5Taste and add salt, if needed.

6Simmer for 5-6 minutes.

7Add pasta water to the sauce, if it thickens too much.

8Add cooked penne.

9Drizzle olive oil, and mix penne and sauce well.

10Serve on a plate.
