  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 14 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon vital wheat gluten (optional)

Directions

    Pour warm water into a large mixing bowl, sprinkle with yeast and let stand until foamy, about 5 minutes.
