Basic Pizza Dough

- 1 pkg. active dry yeast or fast-rising yeast
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 3/4 cup very warm water in glass measuring cup.

2In large bowl, stir flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and yeast mixture until blended.

3Cover bowl with waxed paper; let dough stand for 5 minutes.

4Lightly brush pizza pan with salad oil and sprinkle with cornmeal.

5Pat dough onto pizza pan, shaping a ridge around edge of pan.

6Put on pizza ingredients.

7Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.
